Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you install or use the Easy Scraper AI browser extension or visit easyscraper.ai (together, the "service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Easy Scraper AI is a tool that reads the web page open in your browser and turns its content into a table you can export. It runs in your own browser. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

You decide which websites you use the extension on and what you do with the data. You are responsible for making sure that your use is lawful and allowed. In particular, you agree to:

• respect the terms of use of the websites you collect data from;
• respect copyright, database rights and other rights in the content you collect;
• comply with privacy and data protection laws when the data concerns people;
• not use the service to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any website or system;
• not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for your own purposes. You may not sell, sublicense or redistribute it, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows.

5. Your data

The data you scrape is stored in your browser and belongs to you or to its original owners; we make no claim to it. How we handle information about you is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Price

The extension is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you before any charge applies, and you will not be charged without choosing to pay.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Websites change and may limit or block automated access, so we do not promise that the extension will work on any particular site or that results will be complete, accurate or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for loss of data or profits, or for claims by third parties arising from how you use the service or the data you collect with it.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or end access to the service if these terms are broken.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated version will be published at this address with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
